Shipping is never free, every package sent costs something - regardless of the value of the goods sent. Therefore, we now charge a fair shipping fee of €4.50 for all orders. For small packages €2.90.

Returns are costly for companies, both financially and environmentally. Each returned package requires significant time and resources for postage, inspection, processing and resale. Marin et Marine stands for conscious consumption, which is why we charge a fee of €4.00 for every return.

We strive for our customers to love our products, but if you would like to return an order, we are happy to help you. We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, we can only exchange defect-free items that are in their original condition and have not been worn, altered or washed.

RETURNS FROM GERMANY: The customer will bear the return shipping costs of 4 euros from June 1, 2023

RETURNS FROM SWITZERLAND:
The customer bears the return shipping costs of €15. The return label is included in the package.

REFUND

Once your return has been received and inspected, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method .

Delivery date, delivery restrictions

Delivery takes place at the latest within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution (for advance payment) or after conclusion of the contract (for cash on delivery or purchase on account). If there are delivery restrictions for a product, we will point this out in the product offer.
