Yes. As soon as your packaged order has been picked up by the DHL driver, you will receive a notification by email. You can easily track the status of your shipment using the included tracking number.
We work with a distribution company that handles customs. We send the goods to Konstanz and there they are then cleared for Switzerland and sent from there to the Swiss address. The customer does not bear any additional customs costs.
You have a total of 14 days after delivery of your shipment to return your purchase or individual items to us. Please note that your return from Switzerland can take up to 10 days to reach us.

Please make sure that the returned items are unworn and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. This means including labels and intact hygiene seals.
Write the order number and name clearly on a piece of paper and include it with your return so that we can allocate your return.
You will receive a refund for the returned items no later than 14 days after receipt of your return via the payment method you used for your purchase.
RETURNS FROM GERMANY: From June 1, 2023 we will charge a return fee of 4 euros.
RETURNS FROM AUSTRIA: The customer bears the return shipping costs of €12.
RETURNS FROM SWITZERLAND:
The customer bears the return shipping costs of €15. The return label is included in the package.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the item price. We can only refund using the same payment method used to make the initial purchase.
NO RETURNS FROM THE UK: Unfortunately it is not possible to return goods from the UK due to customs regulations. To avoid wrong purchases we are happy to help you, just write us a DM or an eMail shop@marinetmarine.com
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS AND CARE
We recommend spraying your bag with waterproofing spray to make it water-repellent. We recommend treating the light-coloured NATURAL leather with beeswax before first use to make it water-repellent and dirt-resistant. Black and Marron do NOT need beeswax. As the leather is vegetable tanned, it will develop a beautiful patina and darken over time. Apply a thin layer of beeswax to the cleaned and dry leather with your bare hands. Repeat regularly. Our fabric bags are made from pre-washed organic cotton. You can put your bag in the washing machine on a delicate wash at 30°. Do not tumble dry. You can read more here
