• Large bags → €4.50
• Free shipping on orders over €160 – carbon-neutral & free of charge!
Switzerland (incl. customs clearance): €16 – no further customs fees
EU: €10
Worldwide: €24

DELIVERY TIME
For pre-ordered bags/pre-order: Estimated shipping date is indicated on the product
For bags in stock: Ready for immediate dispatch 

• Germany: 1–4 days
• International: 4–14 days (depending on customs in the destination country)
• Switzerland: 4–10 days (customs included, no additional costs) We ship via a distribution company that handles customs clearance. The goods are cleared through customs in Constance and delivered to the Swiss address – with no additional customs costs for the customer.

RETURNS
• Germany: €4 (print return label here)
• Austria: €12 (print return label here)
• Switzerland: €15 (return label is enclosed)
• Unfortunately, no returns possible from the UK & USA

EXCHANGES
You can easily exchange unworn items within 14 days.

REFUNDS
After inspection, the refund will be conveniently processed via your original payment method.
