  • Shipping Switzerland including customs clearance 16 € / Delivery 4-7 days*
  • EU 10 € / Delivery 3-7 days
  • UK 10 € / Delivery 3-10 days / NO RETOURS POSSIBLE / If the value of the goods is over 150 EUR, additional customs fees must be paid, which are calculated on the basis of the value of the goods and shipping costs (around 30% additional costs)
  • Worldwide 24 € / Delivery 5-14 days

*Switzerland: We work with a distribution company that handles customs. We send the goods to Konstanz and there they are cleared for Switzerland and sent from there to the Swiss address. The customer does not bear any additional customs costs.

RETURN

Marin et Marine stands for conscious consumption, which is why we charge a fee of 4 euros for each return.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving the item. However, we can only exchange items that are free from faults and in their original condition and have not been worn, altered or washed.

RETURN FROM GERMANY: The customer bears the return costs of 4 €.

RETURN FROM AUSTRIA: The return costs of 12 € are borne by the customer.
If you would like to return your order, click here to print your return slip .

RETURN FROM SWITZERLAND: The return costs of 15 € are borne by the customer.
A return slip is enclosed in the package.

NO RETOURS FROM THE UK: Unfortunately it is not possible to return goods from the UK due to customs regulations. To avoid wrong purchases we are happy to help you, just write us a DM or an eMail shop@marinetmarine.com

 

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed using the original payment method . This may take a few business days.

Returns are costly for companies, both financially and environmentally. Every returned package requires a lot of time and resources for postage, inspection, processing and resale. To avoid bad purchases, we are happy to help you, just send us a DM or an email to shop@marinetmarine.com
