All orders placed by December 22nd received by 3 p.m. will be sent before Christmas.

From December 1st, you have a total of 28 days after delivery of your shipment to return your purchase or individual items to us. Please note that your return from Switzerland can take up to 10 days to reach us.

We work with a distribution company that handles customs. We send the goods to Konstanz and there they are then cleared for Switzerland and sent from there to the Swiss address. The customer does not bear any additional customs costs.

Please make sure that the returned items are unworn and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. This means including labels and intact hygiene seals.

Write the order number and name clearly on a piece of paper and include it with your return so that we can allocate your return.
