• Small items → only €2.90
• Large bags → €4.50
• Free shipping on orders over €160 – climate-neutral & free of charge!
Switzerland (including customs clearance): €16 – no additional customs fees
EU: €10
Worldwide: €24
DELIVERY TIME
• Germany: 1–4 days
• International: 4–14 days (depending on customs in the destination country)
• Switzerland: 4–10 days (customs included, no additional costs) We ship via a distribution company that handles customs. The goods are cleared through customs in Constance and delivered to the Swiss address – without additional customs costs for the customer.
RETURNS
• Germany: €4 (print return label here)
• Austria: €12 (print return label here)
• Switzerland: €15 (return label included)
• Unfortunately, no returns from the UK or US.
EXCHANGES
You can easily exchange unworn items within 14 days.
REFUNDS
After inspection, your refund will be conveniently credited to your original payment method.
