• Large bags → €4.50
• For orders over €160, we offer free shipping – climate-neutral & free!
Switzerland (including customs clearance): 16 € – no additional customs charges
EU: & 10 €
Worldwide: 24 €

DELIVERY TIME
• Germany: 1–4 days
• International: 4–14 days (depending on customs in the destination country)
• Switzerland: 4–10 days (customs included, no additional costs). We ship through a distribution company that handles customs. The goods are cleared through customs in Konstanz and delivered to the Swiss address – with no additional customs costs for the customer.

RETURN
• Germany: 4 € (print return label here)
• Austria: 12 € (print return label here)
• Switzerland: 15 € (return label enclosed)
• Unfortunately no returns from UK & USA

EXCHANGE
You can easily exchange unworn items within 14 days.
